Cosmic Kids Yoga Adventure!

The Lavender Hour will host a kids only yoga and nature day at the Oakwoods Discovery Center, led by Trisha Komosinski. We will provide a light and healthy snack, play games, do crafts, learn some yoga, and (if the mosquitoes permit) take a nature walk. Open to kids age four and over, our young yoginis should wear something they can tumble in and get a little dirty. Parents need not stay and are encouraged to enjoy a few hours to yourself! There is no cost for this adventure, but donations will be accepted. Pre-registration encouraged by emailing info@thelavenderhour.com
