Trisha Komosinski will offer a gentle yoga flow class, featuring different breath practices, ending in meditation. Breath work can produce profound healing benefits, such as reducing stress, increasing oxygen, lowering blood pressure, and better regulating your body’s reaction to stress and fatigue. This class is an offering to the community and provided free of charge.
